Either plan works for any echo, personal or business. Personal or Business only changes how your echo speaks — the plan you pick is about how much daily usage you need. Upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus whenever you like from the token pill on your chat screen. If you're on Pro and hit a daily cap, the chat screen offers Pro Plus, which switches your subscription in place (you're only charged the prorated difference). Daily limits reset at midnight US Central time. Message counts are for a typical echo: the limits are in tokens, and each message uses more of them when your echo draws on many published facts from Nico, so a large echo gets fewer messages from the same allowance. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel anytime, keeping paid access until the end of your billing period. Questions? Email support@echolify.ai.
